Important Notes

1. Rates may appear as USD, CAD, or MXN depending upon the requests of the home owner.

2 Christmas and Easter rates may apply on homes where they allow weekly rentals. Contact us for those rates

3. Our units are non smoking. If you or your guests like to smoke, please enjoy it outside. If you smoke in your unit, you incurr an associated cleaning fee.

5. If pets are welcome, you are responsible for any damage caused by your pet.

6. These homes are self catered. Consumables (i.e. soap, toilet paper, coffee, etc) in them are not restocked.

7. Typical monthly utilities costs (USD) are $25 for internet/phone, $40 for gas (stove and hot water), $35 for electricity (approximately $80 more with A/C use). Please note that Internet fees are collected in advance for your entire stay in order to ensure minimal internet interruption (We say minimal because this is Mexico and some strange things have happened).

Policies

Pets are allowed at the discretion of the home owner. Please assume that the home does not allow pets unless you receive a written okay from us.

If you are in a home and decide that you would like to add another pet to the home please check with us.

In general, one large dog or two small dogs (or two cats) are allowed in the units that allow animals. If you are unsure, (yes, you know what is coming next) please check with us.

You are responsible for any damage done by your pet to the home or the furniture. Please see the Pet and Security Deposit below for more information.

The renter must pay a damage deposit equal to half of one months rent upon arrival during the initial walk through. If the unit allows for pets, this will also act as the pet deposit. This will be held until final walk through of the unit and will be refunded if there is no damage found to the unit.

 

Upon arrival, and initial walk through, any damages will be noted by the agents and renters. After this initial walk through, the renter has 3 days to inform (pictures are acceptable) the agents of any pre-existing damage that was not noticed upon the initial walk through.

Upon leaving the unit, please ensure that the garbage is taken out and the dishes are cleaned and put in their proper places (or on the drying rack).

In addition, a $500 to $700 peso cleaning fee will be required and charged to the unit.
